We perform Home Troubleshooting and Small Repair, all the way through Medium-scale Design Build. Services cost $135/hr. Please note parts are billed separately. We can estimate rough service costs, but actual cost may vary based on the conditions at your home.
Remodel and Addon, Tenant Infill, and Jobs by Bid
We provide Bids to Specification for remodel, new construction, and tenant infill projects. We are a design-build firm, with engineering support and drafting capability. We can also provide T & M (Time and Materials) and Turn Key services.
Hours and Billing
We are available by schedule Monday - Friday during normal business hours.
Emergency and 24-hour Work
We realize that sometimes you come home late and the lights aren't on. We do our best to help, but we charge a $50 upcharge per hour, to help pay for flowers and chocolate for our understanding families.
We accept payment by cash, credit card, and checks (for commercial customers).
